Terms & Conditions of Sale

A contract of sale is formed when we have sent out a confirmatory email to the you acknowledging your order and when the product is dispatched. Please be aware all prices shown are inclusive of VAT. Your items will be sent by Royal Mail first class postage and should arrive to you in between 1-2 days (UK deliveries) and 5-14 days (international deliveries), however this may take longer than estimated in some cases. There may be additional custom charges if you are ordering a product from outside of the UK.

To the full extent allowed by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable to you or any third party for any consequential or incidental damages arising out of goods or services sold to the user via the site.

You are 16 years or over.

Design an Easter Egg Competition T+CS

This prize draw is open to all UK residents except employees of the Promoter, their families or any third party directly associated with the administration of the prize draw. Parents or guardians may enter on a child’s behalf and for those entrants under the age of 16, you must obtain written parental or guardian consent to enter and claim your prize.
The prize draw is free to enter and no purchase is necessary.
To enter, entrants must design their very own Easter Egg on the provided entry forms, complete the entry details and hand the form into the till point at The Peppa Pig store. The winner will be notified via email after the closing date and will have 48 hours to respond via private message with their contact details.
The opening date for entries is 28^th March 2026. The closing date is 23.59 on 1st 19^th April and entries must be received by this date. Entries received after this time will not be valid.
There will be one overall winner and the prize is one mixed bundle of Peppa Pig toys including exclusive to Battersea products
The winner will be selected by random draw on 22^nd April
The winner will be notified by email If a winner does not respond to the Promoter within 48 hours of being notified by the Promoter that they have won, then the winner's prize will be forfeited, and the Promoter will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.
The prizes are supplied by Peppa Pig Store Battersea Power whose registered office is at Event Merchandising Ltd, Unit 11, The Edge Business Centre, Humber Rd, London NW2 6EW.
The prize for the winners is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.
The Promoter must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation the Promoter will send the surname and county of major prize winners to anyone who emails customerservice@eventmerch.com or writes to Peppa Pig Design an Easter Egg Competition , Event Merchandising Ltd, Unit 11, The Edge Business Centre, Humber Rd, London NW2 6EW (enclosing a self-addressed envelope) within one month after the closing date stated in condition 4. If you object to any or all of your surname and county, being published or made available, please contact the Promoter by emailing customerservice@eventmerch.com. In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.

The prize draw will be governed by English law and entrants to the prize draw submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
